Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy. Extra person charge, including children, is $10.00 per night.
9% room tax not included.
2 nights are required to make a reservation. 3 nights are required on some holiday weekends(unless smaller openings become available).
A one-night
deposit will secure your reservation. We accept personal checks and
several of the major credit cards.
Cancellation
Policy : Cancellation is required 2 weeks prior to your scheduled
date of arrival for a refund of deposit, less a $20.00 processing
fee. 30 days are required if 3 or more rooms have been reserved.
Rates do vary from season to season and are effected by your length of stay and size of group. We do not have cutoff dates on our rates from season to season. We recommend calling us for rate quotes on specific dates.
Summer rates do apply during July and August and some holidays and weekends.
